
I have a new appreciation for the people who participate in the Biggest Loser TV Show. I have watched them undergo tremendous, vigorous training sessions. Day after day they put their overweight bodies through aerobic and weight training and general abuse burning calories.
Last week I began my own attempt to move down the number on my scale. My doctor has said I have a hypothyroid condition and what I have been doing has merely kept me from gaining so I am taking it up a few notches.
After the first 3 days YIKES! my body was not happy. Pain and difficulty moving all took place. I have a new appreciation for the men and women who face the challenges of the Biggest Loser. It is far easier to watch from the couch than to actually get my butt up and join in. I want to lose and get more fit. The health advantages "outweigh" the difficulties.

Maybe next week I will be posting success. I am going to make the effort.
