This morning I saw dolphins swimming and playing in the intercostal as I swept my balcony and watered my plants. I always feel happy when I see them and consider it a sign that it will be a lucky day.
I was surprised when I removed the cushion from my bench to give it a good shake. There was a little green frog. I live on the 4th floor. I am bewildered as to how he/she got here.
There are plenty of bugs for it to eat and plants for it to find shelter and enjoy so I guess it is happy. I hope so. Once I got beyond the initial shoke I remembered a song I sang with Tom and Jim lots of years ago.
I have sung it with my grandchildren when they were young too. It definitely filled me with joy remembering the song, the hand motions and the gumph, gunk eyes.
I hope you notice things in your day that fill you with joy and remind you how wonderful life is and has been.
