I just read an e-mail from a dear friend, Janet Henderson. We were colleagues at TradeWinds Island Resorts. Actually, scratch that she is more than my friend. Janet has been more like a Guardian Angel in the many ways she has touched my life.

In business she was always there to offer guidance and to give me suppot. When I was traveling and on the road extensively, she stayed in touch and always welcomed me back. She made me feel like I was missed and also that my work was worthwhile.

When my dear friend and partner, David Hallal was terminally ill, Janet left me motivational quotes on my voicemail to keep me believing and hopeful. When he died, she and the other special members of the TradeWinds Reservation Team gave me comfort.

Currently,I am both excited and terrified as my book is complete and going through the editing process. Tonight I received an e-mail from Janet. Her words were music to my ears. In life everyone needs to have people believe in them. Thank you Janet for providing me the jolt of "atta girl" I needed to keep my hopes soaring that sooner than later my dreams will become a reality.

I am now certain that my life is blessed by a petite blond loving guardian angel named Janet.

When I take time to look over my shoulder, I am grateful for the many guardian angels whose lives have touched and enhanced mine. Lucky, grateful, blessed me.
