I love music. It can remind me of a time and place or situation from the past. It can inspire and invigorate me. It is multi-purposed. I have mentioned in the past that it would be fun to know what music would serve as our theme song or what might be playing as we go through our day-to-day life.

I think I became a fan of the music that provides the backdrop for movies and television when I noticed it as I watched the series Miami Vice. I know that whatever is playing behind my life's experiences would rarely be subdued.

I was thinking that if I ever wrote my autobiography I would probably use crayons. Just as the music that accompanies my life is probably loud and upbeat, the story of my life would need to be written in bold colors, even neon sometimes. I think I would write it on brown paper because that is more durable than regular stationary.

Despite the occasional less than terrific times, I would never want to go back and use an eraser to eliminate any of the experiences I've had and I wouldn't choose to use tracing paper to emulate someone else's life.

I have much left to accomplish. Many adventures yet to experience. I have a multitude of mistakes to learn from and many, many blessings and memories to cherish.
