I heard the new commercial for Weight Watchers. They are using the word "After" as their hook. I realize I've hooked myself with that word for years...I'm going to do this or that "After" this or that. It has become an excuse, a reason for procrastination. I like that they are showing what happens if you take action and take the steps that result in your getting to "After". Instead of an excuse for waiting they use the term as an excuse for doing.

I heard a commercial for Coke yesterday. The lyrics create a happy positive feeling. It was written by Paul Williams.

"You give a little love
And it all comes back to you
(Da da da ra da da da)
You know you gonna be remembered
For the things you say and do
(Da da da ra da da da)"

I believe that what you give comes back to you and that you will be remembered for what you say and do. I had never heard the thoughts put to music before. It's a happy, feel good commercial. Everyone is being nice and showing kindness to each other.

I have enjoyed Kenny Rogers song, "the Last Ten Years." In listening to it, I think of the last 10 years of my life. The people who have come and gone in my life and the many changes and adventures. Today I found a terrific video of the song to share with you. I hope you enjoy it and that your next ten years are filled with extradordinary accomplishments and life experiences that are both fun and memorable.
