
A quick follow-up to my jump roping.
1. The rope was too long, I wound it around my hands and then it was fine.
2. My ability to jump looked more like a kindergarten attempt.
3. Practice and a couple of stumbles and tripping and I got up to 27 jumps in a row.
4. It is a great workout and I will continue jumping. So far I can only do 12
minutes but I plan to work up to 20.
