It often takes a long time to get into shape BUT only days to get out of shape.
 I haven't done my daily walking since June 9th. Today I had the opportunity to walk and discovered my stamina has evaporated. It is like starting from square one. Better to start today than wait for the fitness fairy to visit. I hope you enjoy your day and do something that invigorates your spirit. Wednesday, June 25
Sometimes when you are responsible to be a caregiver you get tired and even occassionally impatient.
Then you remember how fortunate you are to be in a position to assist and suddenly you feel very blessed.

 I'm am beyond excited to announce that my corporate website is now live in its Beta test form. I am thrilled. Please visit http://mzdavinci.com/ Eventually content will be updated on a weekly basis however due to some current life responsibilities, this initial version will keep the same content for about the next 2 1/2 weeks. Ideas Unlimited, Inc. is a performance based, results oriented company. Unfrettered by convention, we customize strategies based on their unique set of circumstances, budget and goals. Bills and "junk mail" most often fill our mailboxes. However, once in a while we get surprised and receive an unexpected no occasion surprise that gives us joy.

Happily, I received such a wonderful surprise yesterday. It was another example in my life that proves I am blessed to have guardian angels watching over me. My hope is that my guardian angel realizes that their kindness has my heartfelt appreciation.  Thursday, June 5
