My son called over the weekend and told me that he had just seen a movie that made him think of me.

Today I treated myself to seeing it. It was magical and awesome. Best of all, it made me thrilled to think that seeing this movie, filled with fantasy and wonder, reminded Tom and my grandchildren of me. It was like getting a long distance hug. I am still smiling hours since I left the theatre. The movie was great but mostly my high is knowing that my son gets me. Now how many sons actually understand the essence of their moms?!? Thankfully, at least 2! My boys, my grown men, for better or worse seem to love me "just as I am." That is the best Thanksgiving blessing of all.

My voice has returned. My energy and ambition have begun to make themselves available again. My nose is running less. The sun is shining. The temperatures are warming back up. All in all the ingredients are there for a marvelous Monday.

My niece, Dawn, sent me the quote below. She said it reminded her of me. Wow, that is a wonderful compliment. It was the best medicine.

G olden Corral Buffet & Bakery is having a fantastic special to honor those that serve our country and say thank you to our Veterans. I confess, I am not the biggest fan of this restaurant however learning about this program and that they provide postcards that may be sent to our service men and woman serving away from home makes me reconsider and become a customer more often.

Today my book has become available through Barnes and Noble. As I understand it, that means people are now able to go into their local bookstore and order my book. You no longer have to order it online.

I am thrilled that there are several reviews posted on amazon and look forward to seeing if any appear on Barnes and Noble. Now that it is available directly through bookstores I can begin to schedule workshops and signings.

It is an excellent day for dreaming about possibilities.

Good thing I wrote Sell More as a tool to help entrepreneurs develop strategies that will maximize their company's visibility, sales and profitability and not as an instrument to attain personal wealth. It wasn't written with the goal in mind that it would be on the Best Seller's List. On the other hand, I have never lived an "average" life so I hope my sales exceed more than 500 copies. More than anything, I hope the ideas contained in this little sales and marketing book prove helpful to people growing their business. It would be awesome to have it ignite the reader's own creative imagination and as a result they Sell More!

Where in the world is Mz Davinci?

I packed my bags hurriedly last Tuesday and have been on the go ever since. Happily, I have collected much needed hugs along the way. I have seen a kaleidoscope of colors thanks to Mother Nature painting the trees with beautiful hues of gold and crimson.

In the wee small hours, the time changes and unhappily it will get dark earlier. That doesn't bode well for me since I am solar powered. I probably won't be able to travel as far as I might if the sun was shining like it does in August.

I never enjoy putting my family in my rearview mirror and time was too short to visit everyone with which I would have loved to share time. Still this detour was unexpected and a true gift and overflowing pleasure.

I may need to stop and get some M & Ms as I drive back towards Florida. As my dad once told me, it is difficult to cry when you are eating the green M &Ms, they are magical.
